Do the bikes come fully assembled?
Our bikes arrive 95% assembled. You will only need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a custom tool kit and a step-by-step assembly guide with every order.
What is your return policy for cycling gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all accessories and apparel in original, unused condition. For complete bikes, returns are accepted within 14 days if the bike has not been ridden on the road.
Is there a warranty on n+ bike frames?
Yes, all n+ frames come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains and brakes are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, typically for 2 years.
Can I finance my purchase?
